1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing tot555 at tot555.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you ("the Player") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the tot555 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC). tot555 may request identity verification documents ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal or when a player's account activity triggers a review. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the stated deadline may result in temporary account restriction.

3 Account Security

3.1 Player Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tot555 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. tot555 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Two-Factor Authentication. tot555 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts via the Security settings panel. 2FA provides a significant additional barrier against unauthorised access.

3.3 Reporting Unauthorised Access. 3.4 Account Sharing. Allowing any other person to access your tot555 account — including for the purpose of placing bets — is strictly prohibited. tot555 reserves the right to close accounts where shared access is detected.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Deposit Processing. USDT deposits are credited to the tot555 wallet upon confirmation on the relevant blockchain network. PKR wallet deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, and other local Pakistan methods are typically processed in real time, though processing delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside tot555's control.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment methods registered under the same name as the tot555 account holder. To protect against money laundering, tot555 may require that a deposit amount be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification.

4.5 Currency. Account balances at tot555 may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or USDT, depending on the payment method used and the player's wallet settings. Where currency conversion applies, the rate used is the market rate at the time of the transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.4 Promotional Changes. tot555 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation. All casino games on tot555 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tot555 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of tot555 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, copy, or otherwise exploit any content from tot555 without express written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability
